This assignment was to illustrate an important interior space of my proposal showcasing stairs, continuing back to the Architecture Posts linked at the header. My intention is the symmetrical perspective foreplay of exaggerating stairs through perspective points. Using water and charcoal to demonstrate the glass staircase through lighting and textures in the gradient tones of black against the white paper.
Charcoal is one of my favourite mediums, love blending in with my fingertips....I didn't know you can use water and charcoal together to create the glass effect.
